Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching solar materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records for solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, connectors, earthing materials, and other solar accessories.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and quality specifications.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and identification of materials to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement.

Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), stock registers, and dispatch records.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Coordinate with procurement, project execution, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability at project sites.

Manage material returns, damaged goods, shortages, and excess stock.

Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Ensure proper loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch of materials to project sites.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper handling procedures for electrical and solar equipment.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.

Track material movement between the warehouse, vendors, and project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
