Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor with practical knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience using Odoo ERP software.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, inventory control, material inward and outward, stock accuracy, and ERP transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and stores operations.
• Handle material inward, outward, receipt, issue and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory in Odoo ERP.
• Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue, stock transfer and delivery transactions in Odoo.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with Odoo records.
• Maintain proper material identification, labelling, storage and traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports through Odoo.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse manpower and ensure timely material availability for production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Supply Chain / Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or stores management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on working experience in Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Odoo Inventory and Warehouse Management modules.
• Experience in stock management, GRN, material issue, stock transfer and inventory reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Excel and inventory reporting.
• Strong coordination, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities independently.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates who have independently handled warehouse operations using Odoo ERP.
• Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Candidates with good knowledge of inventory accuracy, material traceability and stock control.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
