Wanted Diploma (Freshers)

• Operate and monitor laser cutting, engraving, or welding machines as per production requirements.
• Adjust machine settings for speed, power, and focus based on material type and thickness.
• Load and unload raw materials (such as metal sheets, acrylic, wood, etc.) onto the machine.
• Ensure proper alignment and secure placement of materials before processing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Input or modify programs in the CNC laser system for precise cutting/engraving.
• Perform machine setup and calibration before production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish meet quality standards.
• Make adjustments to machine settings when required.
• Identify and report defects or irregularities in materials and outputs.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of the laser machine, lenses, and filters.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues.
• Report major maintenance needs to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating laser equipment.
• Wear appropriate PPE (goggles, gloves, masks, etc.) to prevent accidents.
• Comply with company and industry safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain records of daily production, machine performance, and material usage.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to achieve production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
