I had a tire install appointment today at 11am. At 1pm, I was still waiting. No one thought it was odd to make someone wait 2 hours past their appointment time. Then, at 1pm, their system went down. I wouldn't have waited anyway. I got a refund for my tires. No one had any idea there was customer wifi available either. Bye.
