Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing & business development plans to expand our B2B client network (USA, Europe & Australia) Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, retail chains, private label clients, and brand partners. Identify new markets, attend global trade shows, and manage business communications . Work closely with the Design & Production teams to align products with market demand. Strengthen online presence, digital marketing strategies, and client engagement. Requirements: 8–10+ years of experience in Business Development / International Marketing / Leather Accessories / Fashion / B2B Exports. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven success in generating and closing international B2B business. Knowledge of export documentation and production process is an added advantage.
