Walk-in || Urgent Hiring - RCM Trainer

We are hiring for RCM Trainer at Chennai location.

• Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum for general billing & process specific.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
• Should train freshers on end-to-end RCM in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM processes
• Must have experience in training multiple and large batches.
• Should have a clear understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities.
• Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs

DESIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of US Healthcare experience ( End to End processes such as eligibility, billing, payment posting & AR )
• Minimum 2 years of on paper healthcare (RCM process training) experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies.
• Knowledge of US culture.
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Must be working as a Process Trainer.
• Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
