**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Stores In-Charge to manage raw material inventory and stores operations at our food manufacturing factory in Vellore. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper material storage and supporting uninterrupted production operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Manage the receipt, storage and issuance of raw materials.

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans.

- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.

- Issue raw materials to the production team against authorised requisitions.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, hygiene and pest-control practices.

- Monitor expiry dates, damaged materials and material wastage.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality Control and Accounts teams.

- Support internal stock audits and follow company procedures.

**Candidate Requirements:**

- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree preferred.

- 25 years of experience in stores, warehouse or inventory management.

- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery or FMCG industries is preferred.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, stock registers and inventory management systems.

- Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
