KRAs

1. To support business development and contribute towards achieving sales targets through the following activities:

a. Lead generation and prospect identification
b. New customer acquisition c. Promotion and sales of software products d. Development of new business opportunities in the assigned territory

1. To represent and strengthen AccelTree’s brand through client interactions, product presentations, industry events and marketing activities.
2. To identify and recommend new business opportunities to the sales team through:

a. New prospective customers and market segments
b. Insurance companies, banks and financial services institutions c. SaaS and software product opportunities

1. To support the promotion of AccelTree’s software products and solutions in areas such as digital distribution, point-of-sale solutions, remote banking and remote bancassurance.
2. To identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organisations.

To maintain market intelligence through competitor research, customer feedback and market analysis, and share findings with the sales team.

1. Drive sales of AccelTree’s software products, mainly for the insurance sector, and help grow revenue in your assigned territory.
2. Find new customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry events.
3. Reach the right decision-makers at insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions.
4. Set up client meetings and product demos, and follow up consistently until the deal is closed.
5. Understand what customers need and explain clearly how our products can help them.
6. Travel extensively to meet clients, attend events and build strong relationships.
7. Work with the pre-sales and marketing teams on proposals, presentations and client queries.

8. Keep lead and customer records up to date in the CRM and share regular sales updates.
