• Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with

  Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions

• Service Catalog development and catalog workflows

Scripting & Development

• Strong

  JavaScript

  coding skills
• Server-side and client-side scripting expertise
• Experience with Glide APIs
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal)

Integrations

• REST and SOAP API integrations
• IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications

Workflow & Automation

• Flow Designer

• Notification and approval process automation
