Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement process from planning to payment
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project materials.
  • Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors for material availability and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with project, accounts, and stores teams.
  • Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and related documents.
  • Ensure materials are procured at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
