Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of MIS department, ensuring efficient data management and reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports using advanced excel skills, including pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and record keeping.
• Conduct reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Develop and maintain complex databases for effective data analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in business processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Medical Services / Hospital).
• HSC/B.com and any Advanced Excel certification preferred
• Strong understanding of MIS operations, including report preparation, record keeping, and database management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets effectively.
