Key Responsibilities

• Own testing activities end-to-end with high accountability and minimal supervision
• Design, review, and maintain high-quality test cases aligned with business and functional requirements
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify potential quality risks proactively
• Execute validation activities and ensure adherence to defined test strategies and SOPs
• Analyze defect trends, identify defect leakages, and drive preventive actions
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and quality gaps
• Meet or exceed defined quality and operational metrics including:

Productivity Quality SLA adherence Efficiency Utilization

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
• Conduct regular quality audits and maintain testing documentation
• Support reporting, training, policy adherence, and quality governance activities when required
• Escalate high-impact issues promptly with clear analysis and recommendations Communication & Analytical Skills
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and interpret complex multi-page SOPs and testing guidelines
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements and identify hidden quality risks
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in repetitive validation tasks Preferred Competencies

• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-volume operational environments
• Familiarity with QA metrics and reporting dashboards
• Ability to quickly learn project-specific workflows and engineering terminologies
