Organization Overview:

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries applied to multiple use cases in the mobility and energy sectors, to match our customers requirements.

We will serve customers in Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, 2 and 3 Wheeler and Energy Storage Solution (ESS) industries, supplying state-of-the-art high energy density NMC and long lasting LFP battery cells. Agratas will also support its customers with the integration of cells into their applications, such as modules and packs. We have already secured two anchor customers, Tata Motors and JLR. They provide us with the scale to establish our global battery business.

Agratas will be driven by our pursuit of green growth and technological progress. We will develop next-generation battery technologies at new R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UK, collaborating with world-leading universities, research institutions and strategic partners.

Maintenance Roles ( Assistant Manager) :

• Designation :

  Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• Technical expertise required :

  Sub-station and distribution system, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) - CCTV, Access Control System (ACS), Video Management System (VMS), Building Management System (BMS) etc, software and integration, knowledge of communication protocol, utility maintenance, drive and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) diagnosis.

Designation :

• Role 1:

  High-Capacity Chiller Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) maintenance, Compressor O&M, facility maintenance, Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Dehumidification Unit (DHU) maintenance, clean room monitoring, knowledge of Building Management System (BMS).

• Role 2:

  Boiler and nitrogen system handling, Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) compliance, knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS) system, maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), utility management and maintenance, knowledge of BMS, IMS system knowledge, facility maintenance.

• Role 3:

  Clean room and dry room condition monitoring, AHU and DHU maintenance, BMS system operation and maintenance, IMS system knowledge, facility maintenance.

Maintenance Roles ( Executive) :

• Designation :

  Executive (Electrical)

• Technical expertise required :

  Handling of 220 kV substation and distribution system including power transformer, High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) panels, plant earthing and lighting system, shift-wise operation handling, knowledge of IMS system.

• Designation :

  Executive (Mechanical)

• Technical expertise required :

  O&M of centrifugal compressor, chiller, operation and maintenance of WTP, ETP and STP, facility maintenance, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV)/ Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)/Split AC maintenance, piping maintenance, AHU and DHU maintenance.

• Designation :

  Executive l&C (Instrumentation and Control)

• Technical expertise required :

  Chiller and compressor maintenance, worked on Central Plant Management (CPM), BMS, SCADA system, knowledge of drive maintenance and communication protocol, knowledge of control wiring.

Maintenance ( Controls, Automation and Mechanical ) Roles

• Designation :

  Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• Technical expertise required :

  In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and programming of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based automation systems, including Beckhoff, Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs, along with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMls), Servo drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), robots (Fanuc, Staubli, and KUKA).
• Vision systems (Keyence and Cognex) and maintain safety, quality, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets while adhering to maintenance standards and procedures. Manage and develop the electrical maintenance team to deliver reliability, availability, and safe equipment performance.

Designation : Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• Technical expertise required :

  Maintenance of cell manufacturing process equipment, including coating, calendaring, slitting, notching, stacking, winding, tab welding, laser welding, formation, aging, grading, and pack assembly equipment. Lead the mechanical maintenance team to maximise equipment reliability, availability, and safety. Drive maintenance excellence through effective planning, execution, cost control, and continuous improvement of cell manufacturing equipment.

Maintenance ( Controls, Automation and Mechanical ) Roles

Designation :

• Technical expertise required :

  Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure reliable and safe operation of cell manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and automation faults, perform repairs, and support achievement of equipment availability, quality, MTTR, and MT BF targets. Hands-on knowledge of working on automation systems with Beckhoff, Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs, along with HMls, Servo drives, VFDs, robots (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).

• Technical expertise required:

  Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of cell manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical faults, perform repairs, and support equipment availability, quality, MTTR, and MTBF targets while adhering to safety and maintenance standards.
