Description
1.Review contract documents, specifications, datasheets, drawings and quality requirements for instrumentation and control systems.
2.Prepare/review ITPs, inspection procedures, TDCs, checklists and quality forms for instruments and control-system packages.
3.Review vendor Quality Plans, ITPs, test procedures, calibration procedures and manufacturing records.
4.Coordinate inspection of transmitters, gauges, control/on-off valves, analyzers, F&G devices, junction boxes, panels, PLC/DCS/ESD systems and instrumentation bulk materials.
5.Perform/review material inward inspection against PO/MR, approved datasheets, certificates, packing lists and project specifications.
6.Verify calibration certificates, hazardous-area certificates, material certificates, test reports and instrument configuration records.
7.Participate in FAT/IFAT/SAT and vendor inspections, including loop/logic/interface testing where applicable.
8.Verify compliance of hazardous-area instruments with area classification, protection concept, gas group and temperature class.
9.Raise/follow up NCRs, observations and punch points and verify corrective-action closure.
10.Coordinate with Engineering, Vendor, Procurement, Client/TPI and Site QA/QC for quality and technical resolution.
11.Review inspection release notes, dossiers, MDRs and final quality documentation for completeness and traceability.
12.Support site installation inspection, calibration, loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning quality activities.
13.Monitor vendor quality performance and identify risks affecting delivery or acceptance.
14.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IEC/ISA requirements and applicable client/project standards. Codes Knowledge: IEC Standard, IP Ratings, Hazardous area classification & Hazardous
