Walk-in || Import Documentation Executive

- Prepare and submit HBL (House Bill of Lading) manifest within the prescribed deadlines.

- Handle import documentation and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas agents for import shipment documentation.

- Ensure timely submission of manifests and other required documents to the relevant authorities or systems.

- Verify HBL details, consignee and shipper information, container details, cargo particulars, and vessel/voyage details.

- Track shipment documentation status and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the concerned departments.

- Maintain accurate records of import documents and shipment-related data.

- Follow shipping line procedures, customs regulations, and documentation deadlines.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth import shipment processing.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in HBL manifest submission and import documentation in a freight forwarding or shipping company.

- Knowledge of HBL, MBL, Bill of Lading, Import General Manifest (IGM), and shipping documentation procedures.

- Good understanding of import shipment processes and documentation compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills
