Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the branch and provide end-to-end support.
• Manage the complete

  policy lifecycle services

• Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs and Sales teams.
• Support and coordinate with a team of

  57 Client Service Managers

  .
• Drive pre- and post-renewal activities proactively and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor triggered activities and ensure accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Handle queries effectively while minimizing rework at the service center.
• Identify activities suitable for offshoring to the service center.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch teams to enhance customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience

  in

  International Voice Banking / Insurance / Property & Casualty Insurance voice

  .
• Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Strong knowledge of the

  Insurance domain

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, logical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
• Insurance certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in transition/onboarding, SPOC or onshore travel is preferred.
• Valid U.S. Visa is an added advantage.
