Walk-in || Graphic Design Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotional Designs

• Design brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional advertisements.
• Create attractive marketing materials for Hajj, Umrah, visa services, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and transport services.
• Develop designs for seasonal campaigns, special offers, and new travel packages.

2. Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging posts, stories, reels covers, and advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create promotional creatives that encourage customer inquiries and bookings.
• Adapt designs to different social media formats and campaign requirements.

3. Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain consistency in company branding, logo usage, colours, fonts, and design standards.
• Ensure all promotional materials reflect a professional and consistent brand image.
• Develop creative concepts in line with marketing objectives.

4. Brochure & Leaflet Development

• Design professional travel brochures, package itineraries, price lists, and information leaflets.
• Organize package details, hotel information, inclusions, and pricing in a clear and attractive layout.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, resolution, and specifications.

5. Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand promotional requirements.
• Convert briefs and ideas into creative designs within agreed deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly.
• Manage multiple design requests while maintaining quality and accuracy.

6. Creative Research & Improvement

• Research design trends, competitor promotions, and industry practices.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
• Explore AI-based design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and turnaround time.
