Job Title: Trainee Process Associate AR Caller

Process:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
• Utilize all tools and applications to move the account to the next level of resolution, leading to payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustments.
• Report trends or patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing-related roadblocks to the reporting manager.
• Meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes or analysis clearly and coherently in the billing system.
• Adhere to the process P&Ps (policies and procedures) and stay updated on changes.
• Improve performance based on feedback provided by the reporting manager or quality audit team.
