Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative - AR Fresher

Shift Timings:

Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off) (Home pick-up and drop facility available)

• The shift window is from 5.30 pm to 5.30 am (any 9 hours shift)
• Employees will be eligible for a shift allowance of Rs. 75/day for the number of days they have worked. This
• Allowance will be consolidated and reimbursed to them at the end of the month.

• Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
• Review and analyse outstanding insurance claims, to ensure physician efforts are paid.
• Identify trends and communicate findings/errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and
  eliminate future errors
• Work with the insurance company on behalf of our clients, represent them, and resolve the claims within
  the timelines and defined service level

Eligibility Criteria

• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.
