Pholus Globos Facility Service Private Limited is looking for a disciplined, responsible, and technically skilled Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations, maintenance activities, and site personnel across Bengaluru.

We prefer candidates who have retired from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force and possess technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in maintenance, engineering services, or facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities at assigned sites.
• Manage and coordinate electricians, technicians, helpers, and other site staff.
• Monitor electrical systems, equipment, and general building maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdown resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, maintenance reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal operations team.
• Monitor manpower deployment, work quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify site issues and report them promptly to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ex-servicemen from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force are preferred.
• Technical or supervisory experience in facilities management, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or engineering services is desirable.
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, maintenance procedures, and site operations.
• Willingness to travel to assigned project sites within Bengaluru.
