Casagrand is looking for a dynamic Contracts Engineer to manage tendering, billing, cost control, and contract administration for high-rise residential and township projects, ensuring commercial efficiency and project profitability .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end contract management for civil and finishing works
  
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for projects
  
• Manage tendering process including floating, evaluation, and finalization
  
• Prepare work orders and agreements for subcontractors
  
• Measure project progress and certify RA and final bills
  
• Monitor budgets and control project costs
  
• Manage variations, extra items, and claims
  
• Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and finance teams
  
• Maintain all contractual and billing documentation
