About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing digital advertising campaigns. The candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets, generating quality leads, and improving ROI for multiple projects or clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and remarketing campaigns.

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead (CPL), cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Optimize ad campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce advertising costs.

Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and relevant tracking events.

Create ad copy, coordinate with designers for creatives, and conduct A/B testing.

Develop digital marketing strategies to achieve client business goals.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns meet agreed targets.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and advertising platform updates.

Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and development teams to improve campaign results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

24 years of practical experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Experience running live campaigns with actual advertising budgets.

Good understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and lead-generation strategies.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience creating ad copies and coordinating ad creatives.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing campaigns for multiple clients or industries.

Experience with e-commerce advertising and lead-generation campaigns.

Knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking.

Familiarity with Google Looker Studio or other reporting tools.

Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an advantage.
