*Job Description:*
Teleperformance is hiring experienced sales professionals for its Domestic Banking Inbound Sales Process.

This is an inbound process where customers call you. You need to understand their requirements, explain banking products and close the sale. No field work and no cold calling involved.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales- Promote banking products and services to prospective customers- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives- Follow bank policies, compliance guidelines and sales procedures

*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience- Experience in any of the following: Banking Sales, Loan Sales, Real Estate Sales, Commercial Sales- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to meet sales targets

*Shift:* Day Rotational
*Weekly Off:* 1 Week Off - Rotational
