Roles and Responsibilities

Age Below 27
Manage consumer loan collections through effective communication with customers, negotiation, and recovery strategies.
Identify and resolve customer queries related to loan disbursements, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
Conduct field visits to meet with customers for loan collection purposes.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in Collections or Debt Management industry.
Strong knowledge of Consumer Loan products and processes.
