Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  customer queries via live chat

  in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide

  accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain

  high customer satisfaction and quality standards

  .
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain proper

  documentation of customer interactions

  .
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Meet daily

  productivity and performance targets

  .

NOTE : *Freshers and candidates from Healthcare, Content Moderation, or Domestic processes are not eligible for this role.

Required Skills

• Excellent

  written communication skills in English

• Good

  typing speed and accuracy

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving and customer service skills

  .
• Ability to

  handle multiple chats simultaneously

  .
• Basic

  computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools/CRM software

  .
• Ability to work in

  night shifts or night rotational shifts

  .
