Job Description

  • Experience: CA Fresher to 1 Year
  • Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • * Manage accounting, taxation and statutory compliance assignments for multiple clients across different industries.
  • * Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, ITC reconciliation, GST audits and departmental notices.
  • * Manage TDS compliance, including deductions, payments, return filings and reconciliations.
  • * Supervise accounting operations, review books of accounts and ensure timely finalisation of financial statements.
  • * Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits and internal audit assignments.
  • * Monitor and supervise accountants deployed at different client locations.
  • * Review accounting accuracy, compliance status and deliverables of the respective client teams.
  • * Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and other management reports.
  • * Coordinate directly with clients for financial, accounting and regulatory matters.
  • * Implement accounting SOPs, internal controls and technology-driven workflows using Finbook’s internally developed tools and systems.
  • Candidate Profile
  • * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • * Freshers and candidates having up to 1 year of post-qualification experience can apply.
  • * Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounting and Auditing.
  • * Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting systems.
  • * Strong analytical, communication and client coordination skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple assignments, coordinate teams and meet compliance deadlines.
  • * Candidates with relevant articleship experience in taxation, audit and accounting will be preferred.
