Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales of VISL's products within the assigned territory/market.
• Work with the Business Manager to set and achieve annual, monthly, and periodic sales targets.
• Drive sales performance and achieve defined sales and basket parameters.
• Follow up regularly on quotations and enquiries to improve the quotation conversion ratio.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, customer visits, market research, and networking.
• Identify potential customers and develop new accounts for business growth.
• Support the expansion of the VISL brand into new areas, locations, and customer segments.
• Understand customer requirements and enquiries related to assigned brands/business segments.

Preferred candidate profile

• 05 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
• Freshers who are interested in developing their career in Sales and Business Development are welcome.
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate.
• MBA candidates will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience or interest in Industrial Products, Technical Sales, Bearings, Shaft Alignment, Electrical/Mechanical Products, MRO Products, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel locally/within the assigned territory as required.
