Role & responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Responsibility for Liability, Wealth Management and All Fee products for the Branch
Sales and Revenue responsibility of 3rd party products e.g. Investment Services and Insurance
Delivery of Operating Profit Budgets for the Branch through revenue and cost management
Distribute & track Branch Budgets & Targets on monthly/quarterly/annual bases and also by product types.
Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, cross-selling
Complaint Management
Monitor business analytics & publish MIS thereof.
Staff motivation; low attrition; career counseling
