The role involves operating sanitary napkin machinery, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment. The individual will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, handling hand tools, and following safety guidelines. Under supervision, trainees will also gain hands-on experience and learn to perform essential machine operation tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with machinery Experience or capability in conducting Quality Control tasks Competence in using Hand Tools for machine adjustments and maintenance Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Ability to perform tasks in compliance with safety and operational protocols
