Job Description:The Job requires candidates who are self-motivated, self-disciplined & have attention to detail.The candidate will have end-to-end experience in managing a project on site with the necessary support.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage site engineering activities, including BOQ preparation, site planning, and monitoring.Oversee civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.Coordinate with laborers and contractors for effective site operations and management.Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Understanding project designs, working diagrams, and monitoring the output at the site.Managing material requirements of a site on a periodic basis.Maintaining communication with various teams (carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, etc)during execution and recording the progress of the project.Collating all the reports & bills on a daily basis and submitting them to the Project Manager.Addressing concerns and reporting them to the Project Manager.Desired candidate profile:> 2 years of experience in managing a project end to end.Basic Microsoft Excel skills and Google Sheets.Knowledge of various materials used in interior designing.
