Role & responsibilities: Develop and control pan-India pricing strategies by coordinating with shipping line and freight forwarder pricing teams at HO and local levels. Analyze live enquiries and implement aggressive, competitive pricing to maximize profitable conversion. Maintain strong network with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and OPS teams across India to ensure seamless execution per pricing terms. Confidently handle sales negotiations, resolve pricing objections, and collaborate with sales for deal closures. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to recommend adjustments and prepare regular reports for management. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Skills: Proven 5/6 years experience in freight forwarding/shipping, with hands-on expertise in ocean freight (mandatory), and exposure to air freight as an advantage. Strong networking, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with market data analysis and freight management tools. Effective multitasker and team player with pan-India market exposure.
