As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco routing and switching solutions. Your role will involve implementing and supporting advanced network services, multicast routing protocols, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of network architecture design and implementation projects. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 engineers and technical support teams, conduct network performance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining comprehensive network documentation and diagrams, implementing network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and VPNs, and providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to firewalls, switches, routers, and other network equipment from vendors like Cisco and Fortinet. You will collaborate with ISPs, telecom providers, and external vendors to resolve network-related issues and possess the ability to analyze network performance and identify bottlenecks effectively. Required Skills: - Design, deploy, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN concentrators. - Must have experience with SDWAN, Wireless network, and CISCO USC. - Monitor network performance, implement performance tuning strategies, and troubleshoot complex network issues. - Implement and maintain network security measures, access controls, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems. - Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement network solutions meeting business requirements. - Provide mentoring and guidance to junior network engineers and support staff. - Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to network-related emergencies. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology to recommend and implement improvements. - Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, etc. In this role, your expertise in network engineering and security will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure.,
