Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, and other related components. Conduct preventive maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration systems, boilers, evaporative coolers, and ventilation units. Diagnose and repair or replace defective parts such as thermostats, switches, fan controls, relays, filters, belts, compressors, and safety valves. Operate hand and power tools, vacuum pumps, welding torches, and test equipment safely and effectively. Install and calibrate HVAC systems; repair copper tubing, pipes, and joints; insulate and flush systems as required. Perform the daily work task activity as per the instruction of supervisor.
