Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant & Machinery (P&M) Incharge located in Munger. The P&M Incharge will oversee the maintenance, operation, and management of construction equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing the performance of machinery, managing inventory and spare parts, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in managing and maintaining construction equipment and machinery. Strong knowledge of inventory management and spare parts handling. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or technical issues in machinery. Familiarity with safety regulations and adherence to compliance guidelines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams effectively. Relevant educational background in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is an advantage.
