Job Summary Aditya Birla Opus Paint is looking for enthusiastic Management Trainees to support the sales and marketing teams in market development, business expansion, and dealer management. This role offers hands-on field exposure and the opportunity to learn about the paints industry and sales processes. Key Responsibilities Support sales and marketing teams in market development and business expansion Assist in onboarding and managing dealers, distributors, and painters Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends Support promotional activities, product launches, and branding initiatives Track daily sales performance, reports, and MIS Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery Visit markets, retail outlets, and project sites to gain field-level exposure Build relationships with dealers, contractors, painters, and end customers Learn company products, applications, and sales processes Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Positive attitude, learning mindset, and result-oriented approach Compensation Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Location: Nagpur / Mumbai Vacancies: 2 in Nagpur Experience: 0-6 Months / Freshers Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Gender: Male Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
