Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Content Creator. The Content Creator will be responsible for generating compelling and informative content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, creating and editing content, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring all content aligns with the clinic's brand and mission. Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills Creativity and ability to generate engaging content Experience with social media content creation and management Proficiency in digital marketing and content strategy Excellent research skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field Experience in healthcare or pediatric services is a plus

The Role You Will Be Responsible For Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term. Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy. Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media. Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches. Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget. Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns. Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs). Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry. Experience within would be a strong advantage.
