Roles and Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues using various tools such as ping, tracert, etc. Perform network troubleshooting to resolve outages or performance degradation.
