Roles & Responsibilities: Study and prepare the prescribed teaching material thoroughly. Train and engage young students using appropriate technology and digital tools. Deliver lectures as per the scheduled format and within the defined timelines. Provide regular mentoring and academic guidance to students. Conduct examinations and ensure timely evaluation and distribution of results. Collect student doubts and address them effectively through structured sessions. Organize and support extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Track, document, and report student performance and progress. Collaborate with the team and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time. The Successful Applicant: The facilitator will be primarily responsible for imparting life skills and motivation to students, along with relevant technical knowledge in Radiology & Medical Imaging Technology. We are looking for candidates who: Are passionate about teaching and student development. Are driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underprivileged students. Possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrate a strong customer-centric (student-first) mindset. Can engage, educate, and entertain learners to enhance classroom experience. Are graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiology & Medical Imaging Technology.
