VP - Electronic Trading Java/Python

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency, high-throughput Java applications used in electronic trading. Additionally, you will lead complex initiatives in the development, testing, and optimization of trading systems and applications. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all systems comply with exchange-specific rules and industry regulations, as well as meeting compliance and risk management requirements for the supported areas. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput Java applications for electronic trading. - Lead complex initiatives in the development, testing, and optimization of trading systems and applications. - Ensure compliance with exchange-specific rules and industry regulations. - Meet compliance and risk management requirements for the supported areas. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing low-latency, high-throughput Java applications for financial trading. - Experience in Electronic trading / Algorithmic Trading. - Strong proficiency in Java 8+ with hands-on experience. - Willingness to work in any key area related to Electronic Trading such as Exchange Connectivity, Algo Trading, or time series database. - Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, and exchange platforms.,
