VP- COE

As a highly experienced leader for the Data Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), your role will involve strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and building differentiators in the data space. You will be responsible for establishing and scaling the Data Engineering CoE, developing cutting-edge capabilities, and contributing to strategic customer engagements and proposals. - Lead Data CoE to build capabilities and differentiators in the data engineering field, including Data migration, Data modernization, and Data governance. - Define differentiating solutions for Data-related RFPs and proposals. - Build the Data Engineering practice with a strong foundation. - Drive customer discussions to position the organization as a thought leader in the industry. Your skills and experience should include: - 18+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to data engineering and related areas. - Strong hands-on experience in Azure and AWS data ecosystems, including services like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Purview, AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation, etc. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale data migration and modernization projects. - Proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting, and automation. - Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and understanding of their impact on modern data architectures and governance. - Experience in building or significantly contributing to data or analytics practices within a consulting or services organization. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related fields.,
