My experience in the Lounge was excellent. Magesh (the chef who also made me a great dosa in the Seasonal Tastes restaurant, fixed up some nice food. Imran and Naveen provided excellent service. The group even presented me with a cake to commemorate my stay - a nice touch.

Staff is super helpful. Location is perfect. Dining options are plenty. Shops and Mall are nearby but you have to decide whether crossing in the traffic is for you or not. Room was quiet and seems mosquitoes are an issue. No option to watch OTT or YouTube unless you connect with your device.

Great place with a good buffet, lovely ambience. Where I'd have hoped for better is no mineral water bottles on premises. Every hotel is moving away and hope Westin follows suit, and supports environmental focus too

Westin and its staff never fails me. Housekeeping team and Dibya kept my room clean and in order. Also provided me lots of water bottle as I needed in Chennai hot weather. Front Office - Madhi, Aasif and the 2 lovely ladies when I checked in were very helpful. Definitely, will be back on my next visit.

This is one of the best places to stay in Chennai. Level of service from the staff is great. Vennis is kind and friend always there to help with anything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is great. Place around the pool is relaxing.

Spent the evening at the executive lounge and the food, service and atmosphere was wonderful - a special shout out to Magesh, Sandi, Soumyadip and Naveen! The nachos were also a hit tonight, and Magesh did a great job preparing those for us - thank you!
