Position Overview: As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting activities for the team. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams to understand data needs and provide valuable insights. Dashboards & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Excel or Power BI. Automation: Use Excel Macros to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing data workflows. Data Quality Assurance: Support data validation processes to ensure high data quality across systems. Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and summarize findings in a clear and concise manner. Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a B. Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Macros for data analysis and task automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for conveying data insights effectively. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with Excel Macros to streamline and automate data tasks (highly desirable).
