Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance activities for all plant equipment, including CNC machines, VMC machines, Utility, and other mechanical/electrical systems.Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and ensure smooth operation of critical equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in maintenance operations.Manage a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve efficient execution of maintenance tasks.Experience of working in Heavy Engineering products manufacturing including Turbines & Valves and other rotating machines.
