Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing firewall systems, Active Directory (including domain and client machines), and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. Candidates must also have experience in managing and implementing policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001 and ISMS compliance requirements. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Configure, manage, and monitor firewall systems and network security policies. • Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, V LAN, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs. • Perform daily network operations, system health checks, and troubleshooting. • Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, switch and router configurations, and internet uptime. • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure security aligned with ISO 27001 and ISMS standards. • Participate in internal and external audits for compliance (ISO/ISMS). • Draft and maintain IT policies, SOPs, incident reports, and compliance documentation. • Collaborate with IT support team for hardware/software deployment and issue resolution. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/network upgrades and maintenance.
