Role : Software Engineer – RTB Systems Location : Remote (India) Experience : 4–7 years Type : Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred About Voise Tech Voise Tech is a full-stack programmatic advertising platform offering SSP, DSP, Ad Server, and rich media solutions. As a Google MCM Partner and Authorised Buyer, we work with publishers and advertisers globally to scale programmatic revenue through reliable infrastructure and data-driven optimisation. As we scale our real-time bidding infrastructure, we are looking for a Software Engineer who understands low-latency systems, high-throughput traffic, and the realities of production RTB environments. This role sits at the core of our ad serving and bidding stack. What You’ll Own Design, build, and maintain high-performance RTB services handling millions of requests per second. Work on bid request processing, auction logic, pacing, and decisioning systems. Optimise system latency, throughput, and reliability across real-time ad delivery pipelines. Implement and maintain integrations with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and OpenRTB-compliant partners. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Ad Ops teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend systems. Debug production issues in real-time environments and drive root-cause fixes, not patches. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that can scale with traffic and complexity. What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of hands-on experience building backend systems, preferably in AdTech or high-scale real-time platforms. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, or C++ (RTB experience in Go is a strong plus). Solid understanding of real-time systems, concurrency, memory management, and network protocols. Experience working with OpenRTB specifications and auction mechanics is highly preferred. Familiarity with distributed systems, caching layers (Redis, Memcached), and message queues. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or similar). Ability to think in terms of system trade-offs: latency vs accuracy, scale vs cost, speed vs safety. Why This Role Is Different You’ll work on true real-time systems where milliseconds directly impact revenue. Exposure to the full RTB lifecycle, not just isolated services. High ownership role with meaningful influence on core platform performance. Opportunity to grow into senior backend, platform engineering, or RTB architecture roles.
