About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP / Software Developer with strong experience in telephony platforms, backend development, and real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC-based applications.The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud telephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications• Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers• Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications• Develop backend services using Laravel PHP• Design SIP call flows, dialplans, IVR, and routing logic• Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers• Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP, and server-related issues• Optimize application performance and scalability• Work with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations• Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in the following will be preferred:• Predictive Dialers• Contact Center Platforms• Cloud Telephony Systems• Voice Bots / AI Calling PlatformsAdditional Requirements:• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently on production systems• Good communication and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA / Any relevant degree• Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
