You are invited to join a reputable IT firm for the role of "VOICE PROCESS" in Coimbatore. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates with any degree qualification, including freshers with up to 6 months of experience. As a Voice Process executive, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls. The primary focus of your tasks will revolve around KYC document verification with USA clients. Therefore, excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work proficiently during night shifts. The working hours for this position are scheduled as follows: - Monday to Friday: 7.30 PM to 5.30 AM - Saturday: 7.30 PM to 5.00 AM Male candidates will receive accommodation, and all employees will be provided with food. We are looking for immediate joiners who can commit to full-time, permanent employment.
