Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Airtel's service standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Respond to customer queries related to mobile, broadband, postpaid/prepaid services. Ensure first call resolution and maintain quality service standards. Upsell or cross-sell Airtel services where appropriate. Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up until resolution. Achieve daily/monthly call handling and resolution targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a plus). Prior experience in BPO/Voice Process/Telecom Customer Service preferred but not mandatory. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends.
