Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Manager to join our Registry Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient share transfer and registry functions, maintaining high accuracy and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the share transfer and registry operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist in managing transactions and maintaining records related to shares and other securities. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, addressing any queries or concerns. Prepare and maintain reports related to registry and share transfer activities. Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Hindi . Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a similar role or industry. Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactions with precision. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients.
