We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Voice Process Executive to join our team! Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Voice Process Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with less than 1 year of experience in customer service or voice processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, referrals, and outreach efforts. 2. Build Relationships and Trust: Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication, needs assessment, and solution provision. 3. Conduct Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. 4. Present Solutions and Handle Objections: Effectively present our products/services, handle objections, and negotiate sales agreements. 5. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall revenue growth. 6. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and aligned business strategies. Requirements: 1. 0-1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service or BPO role (freshers are welcome). 2. Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 4. Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and other sales productivity tools. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with CRM software or similar tools. 2.
